Refund Policy
30-day returns.
If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Bradton will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
How it works
- Email us at support@bradton.com with your order number.
- We send your return instructions within 1 business day, along with any return shipping cost so you can decide.
- Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the carrier scan.
Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo and Bradton replaces or refunds immediately, return shipping on us, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
